Ms. Cutter greatly enjoys being an attorney and practices in the field of business litigation, family law (divorce & custody), and personal injury. By doing work for businesses, families and injured parties, her firm is able to help a large array of people with their divorce and custody cases, their business disputes, preparing and negotiating their contracts, preparing and negotiating prenuptial agreements, forming companies (LLCs, Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, etc.), negotiating with insurance companies and litigating in the courtroom.
One of Ms. Cutter’s favorite experiences was having the privilege to work as the Honorable Susan Johnson’s judicial law clerk in District Court, where she gained tremendous experience in trial advocacy, civil litigation, complex business litigation, and construction defect matters. She also gained valuable experience in divorce and child custody matters as a judicial extern for both the Honorable Cheryl Moss and the Honorable Charles J. Thompson.
She has worked hand-in-hand with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to secure trafficking visas and a safe house for a group of Chinese acrobats that were trafficked into Las Vegas and held under improper conditions.
Wanting to get to law school as quick as possible in only 3 years, she graduated college summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Honors College and Business College at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After graduating from UNLV, she entered law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law, where she was selected for the Dean’s List, was President of the Business Law Society, and received two CALI awards for the highest grade in Family Law as well as Human Rights and the Global Economy.

Ms. Cutter completes presentations on business topics, estate planning and family law.
She discusses how to build a business from its infancy and build it to its optimal levels of production, including the formation of an LLC (or corporation, partnership, etc.), compliance with state, county and city licensing requirements, vendor contracts, employment contracts, hiring, human resources, financial statements, profits & losses, analysis of budgets, and creation of action plans to address critical concerns.
She provides information and guidance on which estate planning tool is best for you such as a will, a trust or an asset protection trust. There are many pitfalls when it comes to estate planning and having a proper plan in place for you and your family is extremely important for both your own peace of mind and for the benefit of your family.
Ms. Cutter has taught the community about divorce law and the ins and outs of custody. There are a lot of things NOT to do when going through the family court system in Las Vegas and ensuring that you are smart when starting your case, so it begins on the right foot is important. Courts are primarily concerned with the best interests of the children so, it is important to do all you can to ensure all their needs are being met.
